And an ultra cool haircut....
Aaron's hockey team played their Grand Final last Sat and what a game... they were down 2 nil with 5 minutes to go and scored their second goal with 30 sec left on the clock... They then went into overtime .. twice... before Kye scored the winning goal.... forget mens A grade, this was the nailbiting game to watch....
Their presentation was on Sun and the club was very impressed with the dedication shown in his haircut..... Unfortunantly the school was not so happy.. after a meeting with his teacher and the principal he was allowed to keep it being that it was the last week of school and that thursday was crazy hair day..... Felt like a little school girl myself going in to explain why I deliberately went against school policy..
Anyway.... they went to crazy hair day like this.....
and then followed it up with their end of term disco that night.... Regan was against teasing her hair for the day after it took us sooo long to get rid of the thing one hairstyle..
Talos managed to get out the other day and scare the you know what out of a passing man and his dog .... Although he didn't hurt the dog I can completely understand why his owner was scared.... hes a whole lot of dog running down the street....
Needless to say Shane came home that day armed with yet more fencing wire so we can heighten the fence.... we have already gone over the whole fence with small dog wire when Koda started to escape, bearing in mind were on 41/2 acres its been a pretty big job...
He tried again on Fri and although he can still stand up on it we're pretty sure he can no longer jump out..... fingers crossed..
And on the subject of fencing... Shane has finished the pool fence, the brushwood and the shower... only the turf to go next weekend and a few plants and shes all finished....
(we had a bit of an Harbour Bridge moment when both sides of the fence had to meet up going across the end of the pool but of course it was Shane building it so all is perfect)
Ive also scrapped a bit this week and even completed some cards for my contribution to mums charity auction raising money for their entry into the SA variety bash.
Bring on the school holidays!!!!
